Self-Regulation Skills Development

Students sometimes get distracted, interrupt and distract peers which can impede their learning and frustrate teachers. Let us help.

Common Compass is a registered charity which partners with schools and school boards to strengthen social-emotional wellbeing, mental health and belonging through evidence-based programming. Over the past 12 years, we have worked with over 13,000 parents, students and teachers.

“We loved the workshop content from Common Compass teaching self regulation skills to our grade 2 and 3 students. It was so interactive, and the skills taught are ones we keep coming back to over and over again in the classroom.”
